Crews Move into Upper Pinebrook and Around Ecker Hill Park
May 22, 2025 – Forestry workers will be working in upper Pinebrook along the access to and around the upper water tank off of Canyon Drive to remove dead and down fuel. Workers will also be performing thinning along Two Mile Creek above and below Ecker Hill Park. Trails along the creek will be closed.


Good Conditions Mean Burning Can Continue Week of May 19
May 18, 2025 – Conditions continue to be favorable for burning, so crews will be in Pinebrook open space above Sunridge Drive this week.

Controlled burning begins Friday, March 28th
March 27, 2025 – The Pinebrook Master Association (PMA) has contracted with prescribed burning specialists and foresters at Alpine Forestry to burn the piles created last season as the PMA Fire Safety Committee worked nearly 50 acres of open space with funds from the Utah Watershed Restoration Initiative. Alpine Forestry will begin burning Friday, March 28th in upper Pinebrook above and below Canyon Drive as shown on the map below.
