This is notice that the annual delegate meeting has been scheduled for April 10th, 2024 at 6pm. The meeting will be held on Zoom and in person at the Gorgoza office.
At this meeting delegates will be choosing the number of trustees to elect in 2024 (5, 7 or 9 trustees) and electing the trustees to serve for two-year terms on the Pinebrook Master Associaiton Board of Trustees. If you are – or know of someone – interested in serving, please send a note with bio to htcpmahoa@gmail.com and jtracy@hoamco.com on or before April 3rd, 2024 to be included with the upcoming meeting packet.
