Saturday, September 9th at the Pinebrook Park Pavilion from 8-10am Attention Pinebrook Dog Owners: Join us Saturday September 9th at the Pinebrook Park Pavilion from 8-10am to learn new tips and expert guidance for greater situational awareness around hikers, bikers, wildlife, problematic mountain plants, and other dogs. Lower Spring Trail Reopened

Erosion control will continue through the Fall Thanks to excellent work from the volunteers of the Pinebrook Trails Committee and the generous donation of time and equipment from Gorgoza Water Company, the Lower Spring Trail has been reopened. The snow melts and heavy rains in the spring and early summer created significant damage to the trail with the creek finding new alignments, sweeping away bridges, and exposing Water Company infrastructure. County Consideration of Rezone and Pinebrook Townhomes Continues

The Summit County Council visited the site of proposed Townhomes in Pinebrook and continued discussions on the matter on Wednesday, August 23rd. Fire Safety Work Continues

Beginning today, Tuesday May 30th, crews from the Utah State Department of Natural Resources, Forestry Fire & State Lands – the Alta Hot Shots – are working along Spring Creek between Ecker Hill Park and Big Spruce Way. Please note, the creek trail is closed.

Fire Safety Work Begins Monday, 5/22

Forestry crews will begin thinning and piling in the Pinebrook openspace above the Spring Creek Trailhead, and above and along Pinebrook Rd and Canyon Drive Ct. in what we are calling Unit 5. Please be aware that Meeks, Lower Meeks, Upper Meeks, and iDare trails may be impacted by this work. Community Event – Wildfire Safety & Prevention

May 20th, 10AM – 1PM Information tables during the entire event will cover the following fire safety topics: Plus, there will be tables hosted by local arborists and tree service companies, as well as Basin Recreation and High Valley Transit. Speakers, too – from 11am to noon including Park City Fire, the Summit County Fire Warden, Summit County Emergency Management and the Pinebrook Fire Safety Committee. Pinebrook Dumpster Days

MAY 27TH THROUGH JUNE 4TH It’s that time of year again when the Pinebrook Master and Pinebrook Homeowners Associations provide dumpsters and a chipper for our spring cleanup needs. The chipper will operate after work on the weekdays and 7am to 5pm on the weekends. You will need to arrange taking your trees, shrubs or branches to the Pinebrook Park to be chipped. Neither the PHOA or PMA offer curbside chipping services; you must arrange that with the Park City Fire District via their website or a private landscape company. Please do not leave piles of branches and tree debris roadside.
