Park City, Utah – Effective July 11, 2024, any open fires, including fireworks, are prohibited within Park City limits.   At their regular meeting on July 11, the Park City Council, in consultation with the City’s Fire Marshall, Park City Fire Department, Park City Police, and the City’s Emergency Manager, voted to enact a prohibition on open fires including fireworks, campfires, slash piles, and wood-burning fire pits.
